  • Include clear images (if the item is damaged or defective)
  • Our team will review and provide return instructions

Once approved, you will be guided through the return process.

4. Refund Process & Timing

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be initiated
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 days REFUND PROCESSING TIME
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.

5. Exchange Options

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Defective or damaged items

To request an exchange, contact us at support@weavory.in within 15 DAYS of delivery. Exchange is subject to product availability.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share images/videos as proof via support@weavory.in

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (if applicable)
  • Used, washed, or damaged items
  • Products without original packaging or tags
  • Certain hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
  • In case of damaged/incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost
